WP1: Project Management

Lead Beneficiary

FSCIRE.

Ensuring effective, transparant and timely project management, in compliance with Horizon Europe rules and with the Grant Agreement.
Providing comprehensive project coordination regarding activities, timelines and human and financial resources.
Monitoring progress at both overall project and WP levels; identifying issues and applying corrective actions in a timely manner.
Ensuring quality of deliverables and milestones.
Overseeing data management in line with FAIR principles, ethics, and the PPP DMP.
Facilitating internal communication, ensuring transparancy and continuity.

Task 1.1 Establishment of governance structure (FSCIRE); kick-off (preparation, running, minutes ); definition of the Detailed Organization Plan.
Task 1.2 Organizational procedures and internal communication (FSCIRE); governance bodies meetings (preparation, running, minutes) and internal communication management.
Task 1.3 Project monitoring (FSCIRE); define guidelines for monitoring, reporting and managing activities; EC Portal Management
Task 1.4 Impact Measurement (UNSA/TUA); develop the impact assessment framework with indicators for scientific, economic/technological, and social impacts; create one instrument for quantitative and qualitative data collection; interim reporting / user guide for partners.
