RESILIENCE Training Management Report (Deliverable D2.13) is published, providing a comprehensive, evidence-based account of the development, implementation, and evaluation of RESILIENCE training activities during the Preparatory Phase Project (2022-2026).
The Training Management Report documents the results of three pilot training prototypes designed to address methodological, technical, and domain-specific training needs in the study of religions. These include training on digital tools for intertextuality, an on-site course focused on sensory engagement with religious sources, and an AI-focused course for researchers and GLAM professionals. Each prototype is analysed in detail, including its rationale, target audience, learning objectives, delivery format, and evaluation results.
Beyond documenting activities, the report synthesises key outcomes and insights gained through systematic participant and organiser evaluations. It highlights lessons learned, identifies challenges and mitigation measures, and demonstrates how the findings informed the refinement of the RESILIENCE Training Framework and the Key Recommendations for Training Design and Delivery.
By shifting the focus from planning to validated practice, the Training Management Report provides a solid foundation for the scaling, sustainability, and transferability of future RESILIENCE training services. It is an important milestone in preparing the transition from the Preparatory Phase to the Implementation Phase and contributes to strengthening high-quality, user-centred training for researchers and professionals in the study of religions.
The report is publicly available as Deliverable D2.13 and intended for researchers, trainers, research infrastructure partners, and all stakeholders interested in innovative and evidence-based training development.
