RESILIENCE is pleased to announce the publication of its IT Services Catalogue, a key milestone in the development of its research infrastructure. This report provides a structured and comprehensive overview of the technical services that will underpin RESILIENCE user services and support the broader research community in research on the study of religions.
The catalogue identifies a robust ecosystem of mature, reliable IT services, including high-performance computing, cloud resources, data storage, virtual environments, and secure access systems, sourced from leading European e-infrastructures such as EOSC, EuroHPC, and EUDAT. These services are essential for enabling data-intensive research, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring scalable and secure access to digital tools.
A central aspect of this publication is its strategic approach: rather than duplicating existing infrastructure, RESILIENCE integrates proven third-party services into a coherent framework tailored to the needs of its research community. This ensures efficiency, sustainability, and alignment with European standards such as Open Science, FAIR data principles, and GDPR compliance.
Beyond mapping available services, the catalogue also outlines the standards, governance structures, and implementation practices required to support future development. It highlights the importance of interoperability, security, and reproducibility as foundational elements of a modern research infrastructure.
By delivering this report, RESILIENCE takes a significant step toward building a sustainable, future-proof digital ecosystem, empowering researchers with the tools and infrastructure needed to advance innovative and collaborative scholarship.
The IT Services Catalogue is available as Deliverable D2.3, which can be accessed here.
