Thirteen European institutions have joined forces to advance Religious Studies as a high-potential strategic field, as recognised by the ESFRI Forum. Their consortium is serving research by improving access to digital as well as physical data on religion and to advanced tools, training, existing research infrastructures and expertise for new, digital, and data-oriented research on religions on a global level.
Listed on the ESFRI Roadmap 2021, RESILIENCE has received European Commission funding for its Transition to Implementation Phase (2026-2028, Grant Agreement 10129162), another key step toward a sustainable research infrastructure for the study of religions.
