WP3 Objectives

  • Prepare the RESILIENCE RI for submission of an ERIC application, including the required legal documentation, and coordinated engagement with prospective Members and funders.
  • Draft, consolidate, and validate the full suite of secondary governance instruments for RESILIENCE ERIC (rules of procedure and internal regulations for the governing bodies).
  • Design and agree the core operational policy framework required for RESILIENCE ERIC start-up and early operations (in particular the procurement rules and IPR policy).
  • Prepare a template for Service Level Agreement to connect between the ERIC legal entity and the distributed nodes.
