Volos Academy will provide support to the researcher in his/her contacts with other Greek academic Institutions and libraries concerned by his/her research project, including the Faculty of Theology (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and departments of the local University (University of Thessaly) such as the Museum Education and Research Laboratory (MERL).
The Lab’s research projects mainly focus on the fields of Museology, Museum Education, Material Culture Theory, History Education and History of Art. It also supports and supervises undergraduate and postgraduate research projects of the University of Thessaly students. More precisely, the Laboratory’s research interests include: Greek, European and International research projects, post-doc research, PhD theses (doctorates), postgraduate dissertations and undergraduate research work.
