ITSERR (the ITalian project Strengthening RESILIENCE) plans to have a first test release of its new tool for making printed critical editions called CRITERION at the end of 2025. Watch the video with developer Federico ALpi (Fscire), presenting the tool and its features.

CRITERION allows you to create printed critical editions and to exchange your data and your editions in a machine readable way […] with a community of researchers. It is free, open source, and continuously improvable by the community. It is a tool made by humanists for humanists.”

Currently, we are reviewing which ITSERR tools can be included in the RESILIENCE service catalogue. CRITERION may also be included.
