ITSERR launches the fourth call for application for Transnational Access (TNA) and National Open Access (NOA) research fellowships funded by NextGenerationEU–NRRP. The call will be open from 31 October to 30 November 2025.
The ITSERR project is carried out by a consortium of five partners (ISTI-CNR, University of Palermo, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, University of Turin, and the University of Naples “L’Orientale”).Its goal is to strengthen the European research infrastructure RESILIENCE through a highly interdisciplinary approach that integrates humanistic disciplines (theology, history, philology, archaeology) with advanced digital and computational expertise.
Applications are invited from European, non-European and Italian ones (NOA) scholars and PhD students in Religious Studies – particularly those focusing on digital approaches or interested in cooperating in the scientific projects developed within ITSERR’s Work Packages (WPs). The fellowships covers travel, accommodation, and living expenses, as well as free access to special libraries, collections, archives, and the IT laboratories hosted by ITSERR TNA institutions. Group applications with an interdisciplinary and international composition will be particularly valued.
Research stays may last between one and four weeks and must take place between 7 January and 30 March 2026.
